| As we know, almost all
Financial Services companies today list Diversity as one of their chief goals or objectives. The big issue for many firms is not achieving Diversity, but maintaining Diversity on a consistent and on-going basis. As we evaluate the business, Diversity is achieved in one of two ways: the on-boarding of newly minted college graduates that you hope during the course of their maturation will fit into your firm from a skill-set and cultural standpoint.
