GUARANTEES

Our contracts include generous guarantees, as follows.

DAK guarantees that it shall continue a search, if necessary, for however long it takes, provided the search is not cancelled or postponed by the client, or materially changed (defined as change in management, compensation, location or position requirements; merger or acquisition).

Additionally, any candidate we place into your organization shall be hands-off in perpetuity. The entire organization chart reporting to the hiring authority shall be hands-off for one year.
